I just have to give a shout out to a garage in Cwmbran, we have 3 vans, 1 developed a fault soft brake pedal, After being turned away by a fella that didn't have the decency to stop chomping on a sandwich whilst telling me to book, which I already had done on the phone. Anyway I remembered a post on here Cwmbran Commercial Repairs, I phoned and Alex answered and said they had a cancellation and to bring it in Chad had a look and said there were new brakes all round but needed a new kit on 1 caliper , I agreed and van booked in for a repair it came out and brakes back to normal, I also said that the ride was a bit hard, again Chad had a look found problem ( a new leaf spring) Alex ordered parts and booked van back in, I dropped it off this morning, lunchtime had a call van all done and I picked it up this afternoon over the moon drives like new, what can I say , Alex kept me up to date with everything and made sure we were happy, Chad explained everything he had done and the work was excellent, well done to Alex and Chad your a credit to the business, we are now organising to have all 3 vans serviced and maintained on a regular basis by Cwmbran Commercial Repairs thank you.
